1. J-Hope Performs A Medley of BTS Songs
Okay, we couldn’t just put “J-Hope”, even though his presence alone was definitely one of the most iconic parts of the festival. The K-Pop giant opened his set with some of his freshest, and gradually transitioned into the old but gold from his beloved debut album “Hope World”. The rapper only accumulated more fanfare as the night went on, and couldn’t leave without bestowing the thousands of ARMYs with some solo renditions of BTS songs: including “MIC Drop”, “Dynamite”, and “Butter”, which all have at least a billion streams. A casual flex only few could make.

2. Justin Timberlake Performs In The Rain
The rain couldn’t stop every waterproof-dressed attendee of Lollapalooza’s first night from enjoying some of the most legendary tunes to come out of the last three decades. Most singers warm crowds up before performing their greatest hits, but Justin Timberlake opened his headlining set with the most clap-a-long anthem that ever touched our hearts: “Mirrors”. The rain didn’t dampen the mood when JT swaggered into his best hits of all time, such as “Rock Your Body”, “CAN’T STOP THE FEELING!” and “SexyBack”: certainly a night attendees will never forget.

3. IVE Gives Lolla Berlin A Taste Of K-Pop Girl Power
Last year bestowed us an iconic set by Seventeen, featuring a ten-minute rendition of “VERY NICE” and other gems. It’s only right that the girls get the chance to show Lollapalooza attendees in Europe the magic of girl groups. IVE arrived looking angelic as ever in bejewelled two-pieces, hair swishing elegantly as they delivered live performances of “I AM”, “LOVE DIVE”, and “After LIKE”, blowing minds with high notes as ethereal as their fashion. The girls also afterwards posted a pic they snapped backstage with BTS’ J-Hope, and the rapper was spotted dancing along to the girls’ set. Iconic.

4. RAYE, Gracie Abrams, FLO & More Deliver Female Pop Perfection
There’s been a few fresh names absolutely blowing up the charts in recent years, and RAYE and Gracie Abrams are two of the biggest female superstars on that list. The former delivered a set as gorgeously graceful as her voice, wooing fans and tempting those who’d committed to the other stages to come over. Abrams performed hits from The Secret of Us: the album that none could disagree truly skyrocketed the singer’s fame. We can’t name every female talent that graced Lollapalooza, but our one last noteworthy pick would have to be FLO, who as a powerful British trio are in the running to become the next Little Mix. Though still early in their careers, the girls charmed the huge crowd without an ounce of restraint.

5. Fireworks Above The Olympic Stadium
In true Lollapalooza fashion, the two nights weren’t over till they had been wholly decorated with the dazzle of fireworks throughout the remaining hours of each night. The Perry’s Stage at the Olympiastadion might not house the headliners, but it serves as a majestic backdrop for Lollapalooza attendees to orbit around. Thrilling upbeat sets have sparked the incredible pyrotechnic shows atop the stadium, and 2025’s was no less. The spectacle left the night on a high and wrapped up another successful festival in Berlin: until next year’s is even brighter.

Lollapalooza Berlin will return in 2026.
