1. A big fashion fan, she has a deep and extensive knowledge of the history of how fashion and music intertwine, seeing the former as fundamental to her identity as an artist and a performer.

2. She originally started playing the guitar because she feel very ill at the age of 14 (to the point where she did not leave the house for a year), and her mother encouraged her to pick up the guitar.
A true sliding doors moment, indeed.
3. Her dream then became to succeed as a female guitarist in the music industry. However, as fate would have it, she started singing and writing songs, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Whilst she hoped to be in a band much earlier in her career, we can firmly say that we’re glad she took flight as AlienBlaze.
4. She keeps her eye on both up and coming designers, as well as designers from all over the world, and has a deep respect for the work they create.
From Canadian designer Paolina Russo to Korean brand SKOOT Apparel, she knows her stuff.
5. AlienBlaze even hand makes many items of clothing herself, after being inspired by a Wesley Berryman outfit worn by Bella Hadid.
As of right now, she still hand-sews items of clothing herself (no sewing machine in sight!), and would love to release her own clothing line one day.
6. She is very aware and connected to her fans outside of the UK, herself also well-versed in artists outside of the more dominant Western music sphere.
At only 19, she’s already been on the same lineup as massive global stars like Stray Kids, Kire and NMIXX.
7. She is deeply involved in the creation of all her music, and the majority of her songs still start out on guitar, a callback to the instrument where it all began.
The influence is undeniable in tracks like “Enemies with Benefits”, “Lovesick” and many others.
8. She continues to wish to inspire young women to take up the guitar, seeing it another aspect that can help women empower to themselves in the industry.
We challenge anyone who has attended an AlienBlaze show to not be inspired to pick up a six-string and give it a try.
9. She continues to upcycle many of her clothes and outfits, believing firmly in sustainable fashion.
She has acknowledged the difficulties in the industry regarding artist expectation in this department: with many thinking artists shouldn’t be seen in the same outfit twice, her focus on upcycling and self-creation means that she continues to find ways to toe this line with the environment in mind.
10. She holds her own on stage: much of her performance is just her on stage with her guitar and her precisely crafted outfits and creative vision.
