The Filipino boy band SB19 continue to dominate with their chart-topping songs, and now they’ve finally reached a billion streams on Spotify across all credits. In an X (formerly Twitter) post of allchartsPH on 17 January 2026, it was announced that SB19 had reached the milestone on the music platform.
Their fandom (A’TIN) set their tag “SB19 B1LLION SPOTIFY STREAMS” with the hashtag #SB19NewSongSoon. The A’TIN Philippines fan base expressed both congratulations and unwavering optimism for the group’s future. “Nawa’y mas marami pang tumangkilik at makinig ng inyong musika” (Hoping more people will keep supporting and listening to your music), the post reads.
The five-member group also joined these OPM (Original Pilipino Music) artists who reached the one billion milestone: BINI, Adie, Flow G, Skusta Clee, Arthur Nery, Silent Sanctuary, December Avenue, Hev Abi, Zack Tabudlo, Parokya ni Edgar, TJ Monterde, and Eraserheads. As of writing (19 January 2025), the tag “SB19 B1LLION SPOTIFY STREAMS” is trending on X, and #SB19NewSongSoon in the Philippines.
Recently, SB19 became the official ambassadors of Xiaomi Philippines for the REDMI Note 15 series. It was launched on 15 January where the group introduced the new smartphone to the public. They also announced their new concert “Wakas At Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale”, taking place on 18 April 2026, at the SMDC Festival Grounds in the Philippines, with their teaser caption on their official social media accounts: “Daming sakuna, ‘di ininda, andito na tayo sa wakas.” (After so much hardship, I didn’t expect it, but here we are at last). The Kings of P-Pop also dominated on Wikipedia with 354.2K page views under the Filipino pop music group category in 2025.
